Hi there, I'm Mina. I started Cinnammmm July 2020, whilst on furlough as the events industry was at a standstill. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and took this opportunity and time to start something of my own as I have always had a passion and drive for food, particularly baking. I'm a feeder and love watching and hearing people's reactions when they are tucking into my treats!
It wasn't that hard deciding what I wanted to do... well I guess it was as there is so much within the baking/dessert market. I wanted to offer something niche and have always had a thing for big American cakes and desserts. In my opinion cupcakes, brownies and donuts have been explored and are widely available.
I started with a few ideas and gave samples to family and friends and decided that Cinnamon Bons were my forte.
With every bite the reaction is always mmmm and that is how the Cinnammmm story began...
I use the freshest ingredients and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality, with a lot done by hand. My goal is to also make you say mmmm after every bite....cinnaMMMM
The cinnamon rolls are baked fresh daily and the warm smell of the sweet cinnamon often escapes filling the street with its sweet aroma. We aim to offer the freshest and tastiest bons full of texture and flavour every time!
